We offer two different types of franchise opportunities: The owner-operator with salon experience who has always wanted to own their own business, and the entrepreneur with little or no salon experience who wants a proven franchise concept in a stable industry with steady growth and is recession-resistant.  As multi-unit owner you can secure a larger territory and strategically build a series of Nikita Hair locations.

The Initial Franchise Fee is $43,500 with protected rights to operate in a specific area as defined by Nikita Hair Franchise LLC. The total investment necessary to begin the operation of a Nikita Hair franchise ranges from $184,500 – $289,300 This includes the Initial Franchise Fee of $43,500 that is paid to the Franchisor.

Franchise Fee structure per salon:

• 1 salon: 43,500
• 2 salons: 24,500
• 3+ salons: 11,500

Nikita Hair Honors Military Veterans–our way of saying thank you for your service.  In support of those who have served our country, qualified veterans, active military, and their spouses will get a discount of 20% of the franchise fees.

Yes, royalty fee is 6% of the monthly gross revenues derived from the franchised business. This fee entitles you to continued use of the Nikita Hair name, trademarks, and access to our unmatched franchisee support/benefit system which includes: initial and on-going trainings, proven operating system, marketing assistance, low product costs, and other benefits that come with being a part of the Nikita Hair Family of franchises.

As a franchisee, you can benefit from owning a Nikita Hair providing you with the chance to partner with an award-winning hair salon group. You will benefit from an established business model, proven methods and products with on-going training, support and custom software to help run your business. You will have benefit from our branding and marketing material and methods derived from years of experience and proven success.

In addition to providing clients with the best salon experience, Nikita Hair has prioritized recruiting the right team members, continuing stylist education, training and beauty product development. To build a successful salon brand, we know how important it is to support the hairstylist.

Nikita Hair fills the need for affordable luxury in the hair salon industry. People want a brand they can count on for a great salon experience and the highest quality service at an affordable price.

Our goal is to make people feel twice as nice and twice as confident. We are in the “identity business”—our concept is not just about cutting hair. We offer hair extensions, coloring, treatments and more.

We have a National marketing Fund to promote the Nikita brand and your salon.  Your contribution to the national marketing fund will be 1.5% of your monthly gross sales. You are not required to spend any percentage from your monthly gross sales on Nikita Hair local advertising, but it is recommended for the success of your salon.

To support your GRAND OPENING we have the pleasure of providing you with vouchers for FREE HAIRCUTS (we cover the salary cost with 50% ).

Nikita Hair provides you with an initial training for a total of 46 hours  comprehensive and multi-faceted training course which consists of:

• 22 hours for of training at headquarters for owner and manager at our headquarter in sunny Boca Raton, Florida
• 24 hours for the staff at franchisee location
• We Will have a yearly training with our best Educators in concept and products at your location
• E-learning with certifications
• Nikita Hair Academy provides additional supplemental training and education as needed at a minimal cost

Yes, each Nikita Hair franchisee will be given their own “designated zone” in which no other Nikita Hair will be allowed to operate. The exclusive territory will be agreed upon in your contract.

By working closely with your local real estate professional who will know the market better than anyone and will devote their time and effort to help you find a site.  Although you are responsible for choosing your site, our team will support your final site selection.  The site location must be selected by you, then approved by our executive team.  Locations must be within your agreed upon territory. 

In general, 6-9 months is typical, but it will vary depending on several factors, namely, the area, to finding and building out a location and the availability of local real estate and your local laws and regulations.

The initial term of the Nikita Hair franchise agreement is 10 years which is to be followed by 2 consecutive renewable terms of 5 years.
